Welcome to the Third Annual Christmas in July Blog Hop and Celebration for Bugaboo Stamps! I can hardly believe it's been three years, already! Thank you so much, to everyone, for all your support for bugaboo's artist, Jodie, for Bugaboo digis, and for the entire Bugaboo Design team! Without you, we couldn't grow and flourish the way we have and the way we will continue to do. I'm so proud and honored to be a part of this awesome team am thankful for the opportunity each and every day!
There's a lot going on, this week, at Bugaboo, sit I hope you are ready for it! Today starts out Christmas In July Blog hop and we hope all of you will hop along with us. There's so much awesome creative inspiration to see along the way! We'll also be having daily challenges this week, too, so there is lots of fun to be had - Of course, that means lots of prizes to be had too - And who doesn't love prizes?!
Along with our Blog hop, our first daily challenge starts, today, and the theme is perfect for starting off Christmas In July! Our theme, today, is "Show Us Your Santa!" Let's see your project showing us a Santa. This is the perfect time to get a head start on those Christmas cards, everyone, so get crafty and play along with us all this week, starting today! Playing along could land you one of the daily prizes of our special Christmas in July Set, a prize pack of 10, 7 or 4 free images. or one of many opportunities for you to be our guest designer! How's that for awesome prizes?!
Please keep in mind that we will be running just ONE post at Catch The Bug, for all the daily challenges. Each day will have its on Inlinkz where you can upload your creations to play along, but they will ALL be in ONE post. You may work ahead on your projects for the week, but you will not be able to link up your projects for each day until the daily Inlinkz for that challenge opens up at 7 am. I just wanted to let everyone know, so that we are hopefully able to avoid any confusion.
Anyway, I know you're here for the Bugaboo Stamps Christmas in July blog hop, so let's make sure you are on track, shall we? You should have arrived here from Nancy Perry's blog. (She's our newest Design Team member and is so talented, isn't she?! Love her work!) Anyway, if for some reason you land here from Nancy's blog, or you landed here by mistake, you'll want to start over, at the beginning, at Jodie's Blog, Catch The Bug.
And now, that I've stopped babbling, here is my creation for the Blog Hop and Show Us Your Santa challenge.
My card, today uses the image Old World Santa 1, by Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers. I went very simple with this one because I wanted to show off this Old World Style image, without distracting from it. My papers are all from my stash. I used three holly and ivy shaped buttons, to embellish near the image. The sentiment is by Sentiments 4 You and is punched with oval and scalloped oval punches. I added glitter and sparkle to the fur of Santa's suit, with a clear star gelly roll oen.
While you are here, don't forget to "leave me some love" by posting a comment. You must leave comments along the way for your chance to win the blog hop prize. Plus, as a special bonus, one lucky commenter on this post will win the Bugaboo digi that I used on my card, today, to have for their very own! Whoo Hoo! Another chance to win! Who doesn't love winning?!
Once you finish checking out my Blog Hop creation and leaving a comment, head on over to your next stop, which is Sandye Curry's blog. Sandye is an awesome crafter, so she's sure to have something fun to show you!
Thank you so much for stopping by my blog, today, and participating in our Hop. I hope you will play along in our challenges this week, too!
Happy Hopping!
