Is it making you feel blue, when you wake up with that yucky morning breath? Looks like it sure is, for this little guy! He gives new meaning to the words, "Dragon Breath!" What a cute little fellow, but I think I'm going to stay away from him till he brushes his dragon teeth! This cute little guy is called Rupert Heats Up, from Stamping Dragon Designs and you can get him for your very own, in their store, here.
Multiple shades of blue in this card! The paper with flashes of white is from my stash. The second blue background paper is embossed with silver stars, for dimension. I used a new floral shaped ribbon as my border. The image is colored with Promarkers and then sparkle added with a clearstar gelly roll pen. Sentiment pop dotted for dimension. I used the sketch at Sweet Stop Sketches, for the card layout.
