My card today uses the image Balloons, by Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers. I went with a purple and blue color combo with accents of green. The metallic silver glittered ribbon adds some extra sparkle. I used blue gemstones and outlined then with a white opaque gel pen by Signo, to add contrast. I also added a row of three purple gems as well as three pearls on the ribbon. The sentiment is by Sentiments 4 You.
