Today's card uses this gorgeous seahorse, from the 5/18 Kit of The Month, Open Sky, Deep Ocean., from Unity Stamp Company. All papers used, are from my stash and colored with Promarkers.  I used tiny blue pearls as bubbles, to add texture.  The image was mounted with foam mounting tape, for dimension.
