Hello everyone, and welcome to my blog! I'm so excited, today, because I'm showing you my first card as part of the design team for Squiggle Stamps! Whoo Hoo! Thanks you, everyone, for having me as part of your awesome team! Oh, and if you haven't checked out thier images, you really should! They are too too cute!
Anyway, there's a new challenge, starting today, and runs for the next 3 weeks. The theme is color block - We've provided an inspiration photo for you, and we're asking that you make a project using the colors in the pic. A fun challenge, and plenty of time to play along, so come over to Squiggle Stamps for your chance to win!
My card uses the image, Mermaid, from Squiggle Stamps, colored with Promarkers. All supplies are from my stash. I've used the sketch from Seems A Little Sketchy, for my card layout. The blingy swirls are from Recollections, as are the gemstones. Doesn't this card remind you of the relaxing at the ocean? Perfect for summer!

ReplyDeleteHi Darlene. Thank you so much for your nice comment. For the skin, I used Prismarkers in Light Peach and Brick Beige. I always use this color combo for skintones, as its my favorite. The rest of the image is colored with Promarkers.
