My project uses the image AKV Carnival - Cotton Candy,  from Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers. I used a combination of stripes and polka dots for the papers.  The stitched ribbon is from Stampin Up.  I used two small ribbon bows with pearl centers, to embellish.  The image has had glitter and sparkled added to it, with a clearstar gelly roll pen.
