My card, today, features the image Circle Sentiments - Birthday Ewe, by Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers. I used a circle punch to punch the image, matted with a scalloped circle, using a die. The pink polka dot ruffled ribbon is from Stampin Up. The papers are from a new paper pad gifted to me from my great friend, Erin Stephenson! (Thank you, Erin!) The black polka dot bow is from my stash.
