Pretty Pastels




Happy Independence Day! Not only is it Independence Day, but it's also Marvelous Monday at Shelly's Images!

Today's featured image is Carnations, from Shelly's Images. This beauty comes two ways, withe the regular ribbon and then with the Patriotic theme. When you buy this fabulous digi, you get both versions for one price! Whoo Hoo! How's that for a bargain?!


This gorgeous Carnations digi is available for a special price, today only, in the Shelly's Images Store.

I created my card today for a very dear lady who's going through treatment for a medical condition and can use some cheering up. I went with pink and green pastels for summer and colored the image with Promarkers. All papers are from my stash. The brads are made with matching paper using my Itop bradmaker. (First time I've used it and I love, love, love it!) My card layout uses the sketches at Card Positioning Systems and at Priscilla's Styles.
