Good morning! Welcome to another challenge at Catch The Bug! We have a fun new challenge for you, today! This one is a sketch challenge! And an easy, simple sketch it is! My project, today, uses the sketch for this week's challenge. I've used the image, Beautiful Blocks - Thoughts and Prayers by Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers. The papers are scraps from my stash and are by Stampin Up. The pearl flourises are by Prima. I used vanilla cardstock embossed with pinstripes for my card base and for matting.

My computer is currently down and so I am using a phone to do my post. I'm working on getting my new one up and fully running. I will be back, later, to enter this card in challenges.

Let's Get Back To School

It's Back To School Time, so I made a card in honor of school! This card is for a co worker to give to her newphew, who just started first grade.

I used the sketch at Some Odd Girl for card design, but I changed one shape (pencil) and changed the direction of that piece of the sketch. The apple image is from Inktegrity. The pencil image if from the Kidz Korner section of Shelly's Images.The images at Kidz Korner are hand drawn by Shelly's daughter, Taylor, and they are too cute! If you haven't checked out Shelly's Images, and Kidz Korner, you are missing out! I colored both images with Promarkers. The DP and the awesome ruler ribbon are from my stash.
