Need some inspiration to get you motivated?  How about this fun birthday card, perfect for a child:

My card uses the image, Turtle Trio Birthday, from Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers. I went with this fun color combo of purple green and white.  For the card layout, I used the sketch at Sketch N Stash. The image is mounted with foam mounting tape, for dimension. All papers are from my stash.  Gotta love the mix of plaid, polka dots and stripes! The flower was punches with a flower punch from Martha Stewart, with a purple gem added as the flower center.  Purple gems were also used to embellish two corners.  The sentiment is by Sentiments 4 You and is punched with circle punches.

Kick Off Your Heels and Party!

Whoo Hoo! Here we are with our first Mini Challenge for you, to celebrate the Birthday of Bugaboo Stamps! This is a fun, one, so you're going to want to play along!

The theme of this mini challenge is Birthday -In 2's. We want to see a birthday project with two of something on it! Easy, peasy, right?! We have lots more mini challenges planned - one for every day this week, so you want to make sure you check us out at Catch The Bug and play along with us! There are awesome prizes up for grabs!

Remember, for the mini challenges, you MUST use an image from Bugaboo Stamps to qualify for the prize.

My card today features the image, Heels - Polka Dot, from Bugaboo Stamps. I printed the image twice and cut them out with fussy cutting. This gorgeous pair of heels is colored with Promarkers. How cool are these?! Wouldn't you love to have a pair just like them? I used these brand new papers that I got for Christmas, to do the background. I love love love purple and green together! One of my favorite color combinations! The sentiment is computer generated. The PARTY banner was made by punching the leters with a mini circle punch and them arranging them in a fun way. The sentiment, party banner and images are attached with foam mounting tape for 3D effect and added dimension.
