I have a friendship card to show you, this time. My card uses the image and sentiment, Chocolate, from Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers.  All papers are from my stash. I went with mostly shades of brown, in honor of chocolate, but added a touch of pink. Pink heart shaped gemstones, in two sizes, were used on each side of the image.

Happy Friday, everyone! Since today is Friday, do you know what that means?! It means its Freebie Friday, at Bugaboo Stamps! Today's freebie is this cute little mummy with candy corn.  So adorable! be sure you get it for your very own, while its free!

My card, today, uses this week's Freebie Friday image, mummy, from Bugaboo Stamps. The layout is the Sketch at Sketch And Stash.  All papers are from my stash.  I used my new roll of polka dotted ribbon, along with some black pearls from my stash.  The sentiment is punched with oval and scalloped oval punches.

Stella Says Sketch For Xmas In July

It's time for another Christmas in July mini challenge at Catch The Bug! Whoo Hoo! Are you enjoying the week long festivities, so far?  We hope you are!  Today's theme is a sketch, and the DT has had a blast with it.  Affectionately known, as the Stella Says Sketch challenge, but this time around, we're thinking Christmas! Remember, there are prizes up for grabs from Bugaboo Stamps, so be sure to play along!  Oh, and don't forget, there are mini challenges every day for the next week, so check back every day to see the latest theme!  There are some wonderful grand prizes for those of you who play in every challenge during the Christmas In July!

Today, I've used the sketch to create a fun Christmas card, perfect for the guys, using the image JJ Christmas - Candy Cane, from Bugaboo Stamps. JJ is colored with Promarkers. I used a mix of Christmas paper and Polka dots, from my stash.  This image just cries out for polkda dots, to me!  And who says we can't do polka dots on a male card!  I mean, afterall, JJ is just perfect for the guys with her sexy self! LOL.  I used buttons, recycled from old clothing, as embellishments.  The sentiment is from the Teeny Tiny Wishes set by Stampin' Up, and punched with the word window and modern label punches.  The faux stitching was added using a white opaque pen by Inksentials.

Here Comes Peter Cottontail

Here we are, again... Another Marvelous Monday at Shelly's Images. I love today's featured image, Peter. He reminds me of the song... Here Comes Peter Cottontail, from when I was a kid. For my project, I decided to do a fun Easter centerpiece. The bucket has styrofoam in the bottom, with easter grass on top. The sticks are wooden skishkabob skewers that I bought last summer, for grilling shishkabobs, and still had some lying around the house. I've colored the images with Promarkers, and attached them to the skewers with hot glue. The ribbon around the bucket is from Michael's. After adding my skewers to the bucket, I filled the bucket with candy! Yummy and so much fun to make!
