Have A Fairy Special Valentine's Day

Happy cold wintery Friday! Today is Freebie Friday at Bugaboo Stamps - Which means a new freebie for you! Another reason to say, TGIF!

Bugaboo Stamps is offering this adorable fairy with heart, as your freebie this week! Be sure you head over to the Bugaboo Stamps store, to pick it up as your very own.  Also, check out Catch The Bug to see the awesome creations made by the design team, using this fun image!

My card uses the fairy heart image, from Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers. I used some new Valentine themed papers by Echo Part, My Minds Eye and Recollections.  Don't you just love the mix of patterns?! I used glitter on the wings of the image and red and black glittered pearls from my stash, to embellish. I used white washi tape with black hearts, diagonally across the center of the card. I made the image pop, by using foam mounting tape, to raise the image off the card.

A perfect card for the guy in your life, for Valentine's Day!

This card was made especially for a special male friend who lives in Florida.

I have another Birthday card to show you today.  This one uses the image, Dottie Cupcake, from Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers. All papers are from my stash.  I got these new charms, from Oriental Trading, and just had to try using one on my card.  I think it turned out cute! I used three tiny blue pearls in the bottom right corner of the image, and three dark pink pearls on the left side of the card.  The sentiment is by Sentiments 4 You and is punched with circle and scalloped circle punches. I used dark pink ruffled ribbon from Stampin Up to make this fun triple bow. Isn't it the perfect touch?!

I have a birthday card to show you, today, using this week's Freebie Friday image, Cupcake Tower, from Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers. My card layout uses the sketch at Sunday Sketch and Stamp. This is one of my favorite sketches because it includes a banner and I love them but don;t think to use them as often as I would like. I made a fun banner to hang across the top left corner, using washi tape and twine. I think it makes a great touch! The rest of the card has been embellished with tiny blue pearls that I just got from Santa at Christmas. I even put a pearl in the center of the O in the word YOU of the sentiment! Cute, right?! All papers are from my stash.

This card turned out to be perfect for a guy, too! Cant believe I managed to make another male card, again, already!

Hello Kitty, It's Your Birthday

Today is Oldie But Goodie Thursday and the Birthday Week celebration continues at Catch The Bug. In today's creations, we are featuring some of the older images from Bugaboo Stamps, for today's daily birthday challenge.  Our challenge, today, is to make a Birthday Card For Kids. Remember, we have lots of prizes up for grabs, so I hope you've been participating in our blog hop and daily challenges! Bugaboo Stamps is giving away lots of images!

My card uses the image Kidz - Girl Balloon, by Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers. I used this fun Hello Kitty paper, from my stash, because a lot of little girls love Hello Kitty. (Oh, and lots of big girls do, too! lol) My sentiment is by Sentiments 4 you and is punched with oval and scalloped oval punches, then I embellished the card with two yellow glittered flowers.

Another Year Has Come To Pass....

It's Humor Me Wednesday and we are continuing our birthday week celebration, in honor of Bugaboo Stamps 4th birthday! I created a masculine birthday card for you, today, and of course, it's funny! Gotta have that humor for some of those birthdays, don't we? My card uses the image, Frame It - Gus - Another Year Has Come To Pass, from Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers. I went with some fun animal print papers, from my stash. The image has had glitter added to the balloons and to Gus's glasses. The pearls, which are a funky, unusual color, are new items to me and just seem to match the card perfectly!
