You'll Come Out On Top

Happy Saturday, everyone! It's time for a new challenge, today, at Catch The Bug! This week's challenge is Bingo! One of our favorites, and, hopefully one of yours!  As always, there are are prizes up for grabs, from Bugaboo Stamps, so hurry over to Catch The Bug and link up your bingo creation with us, for your chance to win!

Today, I have a very special card to show you.  This card was made for someone who means the world to me, and is going through something very stressful right now.  Please say a prayer that things will turn out in a positive way. He really needs prayers and positive vibes.

My masculine card uses the image, Puppy Pile, from Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers.  All papers used to create this card are from my stash. The paper with the anchors is symbolic of his courage, so it was perfect for this card.  Polka Dots and puppies were used, to lighten up the mood and hopefully bring a smile.  (Who doesn't smile over puppies and polka dots?!) The card layout uses the sketch at Tuesday Morning Sketches.  I've used denim fabric tags as little banners, for my hand written sentiments. Tiny wooden buttons were used to embellish the top left corner of the card, as well as below the image.

Are you ready for this week's challenge? This time, we have a Recipe Challenge for you, at Catch The Bug! We want to see your crafty creations using the Recipe: kraft, embossing, pop of color. Now, now, don;t worry - It's not as hard as you might think. If I can do it, you can too! Come over and show us your take on this recipe, at Catch The Bug! You might be a winner!

I went masculine today.  My card uses the image, Frame It - Gus - Golf, from Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers. I used chalks to enhance the embossed woodgrain panels. The green panel is embossed with the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder. I used brown and white baker's twine, threaded through a recycled button, to finish off the card.

Today, my card features the Freebie Friday image, AKV Witch, from Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers. I've used a mix of kraft, orange and black. Recycled buttons, threaded with baker's twine, have been used to embellish the card.

This card is perfect for a guy, this Halloween, with the wonderful masculine colors!

Let's Take A Stroll Down Bunny Trail Lane

Wow, how are you all enjoying this lovely Spring weather we've been having?! Isn't it awesome! It sure gives me Spring fever - Which is perfect for today's featured image!

My project today uses today's featured Image, 1 Bunny Trail Lane, from Shelly's Images! I've colored it with Promarkers, in shades of pink and orange, with some touches of green. The center kraft panel is embossed with a Cuttlebug folder. I used scraps of orange paper from my stash, to add some layers. The round discs were made with my new Epoxy disc maker by Ephiphany Arts, using pink and white plaid paper.

This card is perfect for Easter and Spring.
