Today, 'Ive created another masculine card, since its always the kind of card I need to have in my stash - I never know when I will need one.  I'm using the image, Crabby Cat - Talk To The Paw, from Bugaboo Stamps. The papers are all from my stash.  Crabby Cat has been colored with Promarkers.  The buttons are recycled from old clothing, and then tied with bows of baker's twine.  My sentiment is from Bugaboo, also, and punched with oval and scalloped oval punches

My project today uses the new sketch from our Stella Says Sketch challenge.  I've made a male birthday card using masculine colors.  The image is Critter Balloons - Elephant, from Bugaboo Stamps.  All papers used are from my stash, as are the pearls.  I used a grey border punched with a Martha Stewart border punch. The sentiment is by Sentiments 4 You, punched with a circle punch.  Then I punched out some gray shapes and layered them under the punched sentiment, to make a decorative border.

My card today is a card for my Husband and uses the image,AKV Love - Sunset, as well as a sentiment from Bugaboo Stamps. This adorable couple has been colored with Promarkers. I used all scraps of papers from my stash.  Sentiment is punched with a Martha Stewart postage stamp punch, then matted with green cardstock.  My ribbon just fit perfectly for this card, and is from my stash, as are the stripes of blingy stars.

I admit, I don't use chipboard very often and I have to say - I'm not sure I like it nor am I overly impressed with it. LOL Oh well, live and learn, right?

I used fresh spring colors and a mix of gingham and polka dots for this fun birthday card. The doily is punched with my new doily punch by EK Success, out of yellow and white gingham paper, then embellished with tiny pink gemstone stars for added bling. The sentiment is by Digi Darla and is punched with oval and scalloped oval punches. Both the image and the sentiment are mounted with foam mounting tape, for dimension.

I went with a pink and black color theme, with touches of white, because its one of my favorite color combinations! I love the stripes and polka dots together with the gingham! All papers are from my stash. The sentiment is by Sentiments 4 You and is punched with oval and scalloped oval punches. I added a small sparkly rhinestone flourish near the sentiment for a touch of sparkle and bling.

Just Married

For my project today, I went with a wedding/anniversary card. I figure this card could be either or, with this cute image! I'm using the image, AKV Our Wedding - Just Married, from Bugaboo Stamps, and colored with Promarkers. I love the two papers used on this one. The colors, black and white, and the embossed black glittered swirls. It has such an elegant look to it! I received this paper in a paper swap that I participated in! (Thank you, Stephanie Serrano!) Boys Will Be Boys

My project for today features the image, Bugaboo Brats - Sean Slingshot from Bugaboo Stamps. Sean is quickly becoming one of my favorite little fellas! He's colored with Promarkers. I used all new to me papers from a recent paper swap that I participated in. (Thank you, Stephanie Serrano!) The buttons are recycled from old clothing that have been thrown away and the buttons become part of my stash. My card layout uses the sketch from Fetch A Sketch.

On The Move

It's New Release Tuesday at Bugaboo Stamps and wow, do we have some cuties for you, today! If you love the AKV (A Kid's View) line, you will love these! There's a new set of "moving" themed images, today, and they are just too too cute! Perfect for those new home or new address cards - Or even those C"congrats on your new" home cards! Today, the team at Catch The Bug are featuring one of the new images from this fabulous line! We're featuring the image, AKV Moving - Car. Head over to Catch The Bug and check out the wonderful examples by the team! And remember the new AKV Moving images are available, now in the Bugaboo Stamps store!

My card today feautures the new release image, AKV Moving - Car, by Bugaboo Stamps. I've colored the image with Promarkers. Aquamarine was my main color of choice, this time. Of course, I had to throw in a couple of other colors, as well. The flowers are a mix from Recollections and Prima. Pearls are used for the flower centers. The sentiment is by Sentiments 4 You and is punched with circle and scalloped circle punches.

In spite of the flowers, I think this makes a great male card. I'm sending this to my friend who just moved into a new apartment. I know he's going to love it

My card features the image, POLKAB side sit, from Bugaboo Stamps. I went with three papers, which are scraps from my stash. The lavender and purple have such fun swirls. I thought it would be perfect. Flowers are by Prima and Recollections. A folded lace doily makes a nice background for the bunny to rest against. I used pearls for the flower centers and purple gems to highligh the doily. The white ribbon is a scrap from my scrap drawer. Greenery punches with the Martha Stewart branch punch.
