My card, today, uses the Freebie Friday Image Monster Heart Strings, from Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers. All papers are from my stash. For my card layout, I followed the sketch at Sketch And Stash. I've never been lucky enough to win there, but I keep playing along because I do love thier sketches! I've used this awesome black and silver striped ribbon across the bottom panel of the card, topped off with a handmade bow from the same ribbon. I used two different washi tapes down one side of the top and bottom panels. Red gemstones and black glittered pearls were used to embellish two two panels.

I have another Valentine/Love card for you today.  My card features an image from the Mini Set - Love Circle Sentiments - 10, from Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers. I used strips of Valentine ribbon that I got in the dollar bin at Target. The papers are all from my stash. I used these fun heart gemstones to embellish and to add sparkle and shine.

Hugs And Kisses

Wow! Can you believe Valentine's Day is just around the corner?! Seems like the perfect time for a love themed challenge doesn't it?! I hope you think so, because that is exactly our theme, this week, over at Catch The Bug! We want to see your love themed creations, so  start creating and come over to Catch The Bug and enter for your chance to win digi prize packs from Bugaboo Stamps.

My card today uses the image, Skye's Alexis - xoxo, from Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers. All papers are from my stash. I used some new Valentine ribbon from Michaels. The heart shaped buttons are from Hobby Lobby and are threaded with with red and white twine. I used red ribbon to make a handmade bow and added it to the bottom left corner of the card.

This is my version of a cute male valentine card. It made especially for my friend Snippy. I hope he loves it!

Love Is In The Air With Lacy Sunshine

Wow, we sure had a nice break over at Lacy Sunshine. Did you miss us?! We sure missed you! Are you ready for a new challenge and some new releases? You'd better be, because we have both for you over at the Lacy Sunshine challenge blog!

I made a cute valentine card for you.  I've used the image, Splits Sticky Wings - Cherry on Top, from Lacy Sunshine. All the papers are by Recollections and are from my stash. I used a Martha Stewart valentine punch to punch the scalloped heart medallions. Red glittered pearls were used to embellish. I added glitter to her wings and to the center of her eyes for glitter and sparkle/

An ABC Love

Are you feeling the love? Well, you will, today, with this ABC I have to show you! Because, today is ABC Monday at Bugaboo Stamps!  This is where we show you Anything But A Card!  Today, I am featuring this cute water globe I made!  Want to see more ABC inspiration? Check out Catch The Bug and see what else there is to look at!

To make this water globe, I used the image Valentine Jar, from Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers. The image was printed twice, cut into dome shapes and placed inside the water globe.  Then fill with glitter and water. Super easy! (Yes I realize I got a little water on the image because I didn't have a small enough funnel to put the water in with so I tried to do it by letting a  tiny stream drip into the hole!)  That's okay, the recipient will still love it!
This water globe is inspired by the Movie, P.S. I Love You.

For my card, today, I decided to try something new and attempt a fun new card fold.  I just love to try fancy folds, and this one turned out really awesome, I think! I just love it!  Of course, I used this week's Freebie Friday image with matching sentiment, Valentine, Ewe, from Bugaboo Stamps, colored with Promarkers, for my card.  The papers are all from my stash.  I used the lace doiley heart punch from Martha Stewart, and a smaller heart punch by Marvy, for embellishments.  The smaller hearts are punched with red paper that's decorated with metallic silver hearts in the center. Lots of hearts, here! Can you feel the love?!

My project today is a valentine card for my husband, and features Sexy Cupid, by KennyK. She's colored with Promarkers. I used the black, white and pinks from the photo for my inspiration. I used a 2 1/2" circle punch, to punch a hole in the front of the card. On the inside of the card, I attached one of the new plastic mazes from Stampin' Up, so that it can be seen from the front of the card. I figure he won't be able to resist trying to get the little balls into the center of the maze! LOL! The heart buttons are from my stash. I added glitter and sparkle to sexy cupid, and attached her with foam mounting tape, for dimension. The papers are all scraps from my stash. The sentiment is computer generated and punched with oval and scalloped oval punches. I think it's perfect for this A-Maze-Ing card!

Key To My Heart

Welcome to another challenge, today, for Terrifically Thrilling Thursday, at Shelly's Images! This week's theme is, "All Tied up." Use ribbon, twine, or anything that "ties" on your project! Get busy creating and then hurry over to Shelly's Images and link up your project, for your chance to play along!

The DT is featuring this awesome valentine's/love set, Key To My Heart, which is available, today, only, for a special price, in the Shelly's Images Store.


For my project today, I altered this cute heart tree, that I found in the dollar section at Target. I'm using the Key To My Heart, by Shelly's Images. The images are colored with Promarkers. I printed each thing multiple times and cut them out using fussy cutting. I used various ribbon scraps from my stash to tie the pieces onto the tree. The Keys are attached to some of the hearts with foam mounting tape.

Love and Romance at Paper Creations Ink

Yay! It's Finally time! I've been holding it under my hat for awhile now.. and now the day is finally here! I'm the Guest Designer at Paper Creations Ink this fortnight! Whooo Hoo! How cool is that?! I love playing along in their challenges, so I was very thrilled when Sara gave me the opportunity to play along with the team for one challenge! Such a talented group they are, so I'm in wonderful company!

The theme this week is Love and Romance, and our sponsor is the fabulous folks at Smeared Ink, who are offering up an awesome prize to the winner! So come on over to Paper Creations Ink and play along in our challenge this fortnight! You could be the winner of a an awesome prize!

I decided to go with a Tri Fold Shutter card. I always send my single friend a card for Valentine's Day, so this card will be for him. Here is the front of my card, when folded:

The image is from Smeared Ink, and is colored with Promarkers. I used all papers from my stash. I love the houndstooth mixed with the hearts and polka dots! It's such a funky combination and seemed perfect for the image. I also got a chance to use some of my new heart shaped adhesive gems on this one, to add some sparkle and bling. I had seen a card similar to this before, and had been wanting to make something resembling it, for a long time, so I was happy when I could find enough of the similar items! The lips came in a valentine die cuts package that I bought - I was so lucky to get them! The SWAK , tag and love U were cut from the Cricut.

Showin' Some Love and Stella Says Sketch

My project today features Ava Heart. This cutie is from Bugaboo Stamps. She's colored with Promarkers, and glitter and sparkle has been added to the heart, as well as the bow in her hair. I've used this new pink heart paper, as well as some scraps of valentine and black and white polka dot papers, from my stash. Black dew drop pearls were added for that little extra touch. the sentiment is from the Teeny Tiny Wishes set by Stampin Up, and punched with word window and modern label punches.
